A woman of Longmont, Colorado has declined several critical Web postings, to settle a defamation lawsuit.
The complaint was filed by RecycOil, grease and oil recycled paper.
The settlement had they no know that the RecycOil received funds from the United States Department of agriculture, or whether the company ever with theft was accused according to the Boulder daily camera Jennifer Hronkin.
The U.S. Department of agriculture, said the company had awarded a scholarship, but no money paid out. The company denied allegations it abuse State resources or has stolen from competitors.
