Agents from the Attorney General of public corruption arrested a 53-year-old James McDonnell of Scranton on Monday. His wife, 44-year-old Michelle McDonnell, also arrested and indicted.
Prosecutors say that McDonnell Pennsylvania entrepreneur promised health insurance insured were by the condition of the worker, that he could reduce their bonuses in exchange for bribes.
